Velera Email Campaign
There’s nothing more stressful for a marketing team than a combination. Recently, Co-op Solutions and PCSU combined to become Velera, the superpowered solution for credit unions.
Part of that transition included introducing clients to new products and features available to them because of the combination. The marketing team asked me to write the copy for a landing page and email campaign espousing the benefits of TriVerity — a delinquency management solution for credit unions.
With a soft-sell approach, the campaign focused on educating Velera customers on new products available to them.
Customers received a 6-email lead generation sequence directing them to a short landing page where they could opt-in for more information.

The goal was simple: make sure Velera’s clients knew about TriVerity without overwhelming them.
With a gentle nudge and a focus on education, the emails invited them to learn more at their own pace. It wasn’t about hard sells — just helping them discover something new and useful.
